Care shaped around you, not a routine.

No two bodies — or seasons — are the same. Here's how we can help, and how we work.

How we work

We believe movement is medicine, and that the body — given the right conditions — is remarkably capable of healing and adapting. Our work moves alongside that capacity. The best treatment is the one that puts you back in charge of your own body.

Sessions are hands-on where hands matter, and movement-led where movement matters. We look for the less obvious contributing factors, take the whole of your life into account — work, family, training load, what you're carrying — and send you home with a clear, doable plan.

We're honest about what we can and can't do. When you need a colleague — a sports physician, a surgeon, a different kind of practitioner — we know who to send you to.

What we offer

First Evaluation · 60 min

Start here if you haven't seen us before, if you're an existing patient with a new condition, or if it's been more than six months since your last visit. First evaluations are always an hour.

Second-Opinion Consultation · 60 min

For when you've already consulted other practitioners about this specific condition and want another perspective — or you've been referred for one. Bring any relevant reports or scans.

Follow-Up Session · 45 min

For a condition we already know, or when you've seen us within the last six months.

Strapping · 15 min

Already familiar to us and just need strapping before a game or race? Book a strapping-only slot. No assessment or treatment in this session.

1-on-1 Pilates & Mobility

Private sessions blending strength, stability, balance, and mobility, tailored to you — whether that's an ongoing weekly practice, or a few sessions to get comfortable with the technique and language before joining a class elsewhere.

Shockwave

Shockwave & Physiotherapy (60 min) — a full session that includes shockwave as part of your treatment. Shockwave Only (30 min) — for when we already know your condition and you're coming in for shockwave alone.

Online Consultation · coming soon

Not running yet, but on the way.

Laser Rental · weekly

For new mothers dealing with cracked nipples while breastfeeding: a weekly home rental of our laser unit — gentler on your week and your budget than daily visits. WhatsApp the office to arrange (not bookable online).

What a session is like

We start by listening. Expect a slightly longer conversation, and plenty of questions — you tell us what's going on, what you're working toward, and what's been tried already, and we take in the whole picture, not just the sore part.

From there it's hands-on assessment and movement, looking for the less obvious contributing factors. We simplify what's felt tangled, explain what we're seeing in plain terms, and agree on a path together.

You leave with a clear, doable plan — and the sense that you understand your own body a little better than when you walked in.

A few things to bring
  • Loose-fitting shorts or short pyjama pants if your issue is in the lower back or lower limbs — tight training tights aren't ideal. Don't have any? We'll provide a pair; no need to buy them.

  • Two towels. (A small environmental thing — it cuts down our washing and saves water.)

  • Coming for a second opinion? Bring any relevant reports or scans from other practitioners.

Fees

We charge medical-aid rates, but don't bill your medical aid directly. After your session you'll receive an invoice by email within the week, carrying everything you need to claim it back from your medical aid yourself. Payment is due directly after your session.

A four-hour cancellation policy applies — cancellations inside four hours are charged for.

Second-opinion consultations and shockwave sessions are a little more than a standard session.

For current rates, email or WhatsApp us — we're glad to share them.
